I believe that's what they call it in the ads, and the reason why I moved here. All day long they renovate updated apartments and it sounds like a construction zone, and all night you get to hear other people's music, either from your neighbors or the parking lot. Many complaints have been made about the noise, and the management does nothing. although I had to sign a form saying I would remain quiet and respectful of my neighbors.

It DOES sound like a construction zone! The loud, ghetto music emitting from old, run down early 90s cars is real cute too. Can't wait till my lease it up!

Actually, one week I was out of town so no one was in my apartment and I got 2 noise complaints and a letter that I may be evicted for my noise levels. They do try, I think that people are complaining on the wrong apartment numbers is what the problem is.
