This place is ok for the price. I have had a lot of broken things (heater, dishwasher, water heater) however when I told maintenance they were fixing everything within 2 hours. I still have issues with having barely any hot water. I also got noise complaints when I was not at home. When I went to talk about the noise complaints I was told I was going to be evicted or I could pay an extra $100 a month. When I went and talked to someone else about them, I was told that the first person was lying to me and that they would not be able to evict me. All the neighbors I have met are friendly. I have run into a few problems with the office staff. They have lost my rent checks and tried to charge me extra cause they were "late". They also tried to charge extra because I turned in rent on the 3rd after hours when rent is not due until 7 or 8am on the 4th. The parking spots are small and it can be hard to find parking at times. I've seen some of the new models and they are very nice, however I have an older one and it seems a lot smaller.
