Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I moved in June of 2002, so far my experience is OK at best. First off, I was put on a waiting list for the garages, no problem, a couple of weeks is all and the price of approx $75/month was reasonable I thought but three or four months later when it came available the price jumped to $125 and they would not honor my original quoted price! The gate problem is crap, the excersise room is a joke and when it snows the maintanence people don't get off their 4-wheelers and just tear up the landscaping. Overall, I like the apartment, I don't like the area or how it is taken care of.
