When we first moved in (mid summer 2000) the management was friendly and the service was awesome. By the time we moved out (beginning fall 2002) the management was awful. There was no notification of policy changes, the gates to the community were either left open all night or perpetually broken, and there was no one to help you after-hours for maintenance issues. They would not submit a maintenance request unless you gave it to them in writing. They consistantly raised our rent significantly every year, even though the giant "2 BEDROOM SPECIALS!" was prominantly posted on my building and the website was promoting $750 rent on 2 bed/2 bath (which is what we were renting).

However, the location is excellent for commuters and the apartments themselves are well planned and for the most part in excellent condition. The neighborhood surrounding the apartments is nice with good schools.

I would recommend them to friends, but caution them about the management.
