I am still living here. We moved here from Archstone Red Rocks. The two are completely different. We are lucky that we are somewhat near the front here. There are still problems. No one obeys the dog rules. My child is scared of them and has to run in crying because another idiot has theirs running loose. My children have been scratched because of dogs jumping on them. Their is dog poop everywhere! My vehicle now has dents in a few spots. People throw beer bottles on the sidewalks and break them. I have had beer cans and other things placed under my wheels. It is obvious that there is a lot of drug activity going on in a few of these buildings. I would reccomend Red Rocks over Dakota Ridge any day...even the older phase section. Considering the service here the rent is way to high. I do love the area, schools, and the apartment itself. Management is ok. It would be nice to have our gates working again which they failed to mention were broke at our arrival. HMMMMMM!
