I just moved into Dakota Ridge apartments and I completely love it. I was fiddling around online when I came across this website. I just about died laughing when I read some of the things on here! It sounds to me like some of the people on here who have problems with Dakota Ridge actually have problems that stem from a chemical imbalance!
For example - the person who was complaining about the late fees - don't pay your rent late and you won't have to worry about the attorney!
In regards to the carpet replacement - I would have wanted my carpet replaced too if I was moving into an apartment where a dog had lived for three years!
As far as some of the other complaints on here - someone should show you people how to use a dictionary. FYI I have come across a free service that helps with grammatical errors and profanity - it is located at www.ISOUNDLIKEAMORON.com.
PS. A lot is two words, not one.
