I have only lived in these apartments now for a couple of months. But that I think is enough time to figure out what I like and don't like about the place.

To start off, I wouldn't have moved here if I didn't get a 3rd floor apt and a great view. The place I moved into had Both! It is nestled in the foothills and I think its a great quality of life.

Covered parking is avail for $20/mo. I would certainly recommend this b/c parking spots are sometimes hard to find. Everything is new, and fits my lifestyle perfect.

The only complaint I might have, is there is road noise from the highway. And it appears that the floors are not that stable, because I have meet my neighbor downstairs under those cercumstances(and he then apologized because he realized the floors are just thin i guess). But thats why i'm on the 3rd floor.
