The building areas are relatively clean. During a snow storm last year they didn't have any plowing capabilities. Residents had to dig themselves out of the parking lot. The rental rates are quite high considering the market. There is adequate parking available with car ports and garages to rent. They have two pools the one away from the clubhouse is not upkept very well. There is also a workout room with limited equipment. We have been here for a year and a half and are looking forward to moving. We signed our lease for another year a couple weeks later they sent out a flyer to renew your lease for a year and get special savings and we were told because we renewed early we couldn't get the extra savings. Not much appreciation for our hard earned money not to mention our rent went up $50 a month. Needless to say when our lease is up we will be moving. Thanks for your time.
