We enjoyed our time living here it was the lease renewal we had issues with. The complex failed to work with us and charged us for failure to give adequate notice when they refused to notify us of rate increases and renewal information prior to the 60 day notice deadline. They also refused to offer the same incentives to stay as they offer new residents.

wow, that sounds familiar, I live in Alexandria, VA and live at Archstone Kingstowne and I experienced the exact same treatment. One hell of a management company, huh?
