we were debating whether to stay here for another year and possibly upgrade to a two bedroom but today it was made clear that we are leaving....we were cleaning the apartment and left 2 bags of trash outside our door just to re-open our door to walk it a mile to the dumpsters and found that one bag was hanging on the door handle and that we were in violation of our lease for not disposing of it immediately or leaving it sitting inside the apartment. Amazing how they are so insistent about making a big deal out of something like that but when it comes to a snow storm and they can't seem to shovel off stairs so their residents can get to their vehicles parked miles away because of the lack of parking, that's ok....Or the fact that after 5:00 pm there is no one to get a hold of in case of an emergency (the imaginary emergency operator never picks up) so if a fire alarm is accidently going off, you have to call the local fire dept....God forbid if it was a real emergency...it is suppose to be a gated community but don't count on the gates working for more than a week at a time, utility prices also double in a heartbeat, so be warned....it's great when you are looking, but you should stop there at the looking part.....
