One year ago I looked around, this place was more expensive than every other place close by. Rates were even higher than those they advertised on their website. But it was really close to work. After my first year, they raised my monthly rate almost $100. Time for me to move on.

The gates at entrances rarely work, when they are broken they have to leave them open.

Beware water damage, after we had that very cold week followed by a warm up, sprinkler pipes burst in many buildings. You could see water pouring of the balcony.

Parking is excellent for some apartments, very poor for others. Very often long trucks with long trailers will park sideways taking up 10-12 spaces making parking worse.

Heating is poor. In my 2bd/2bth heat came out of only 1 of the 6 vents. Heating here is forced air over a hot water radiator.

I've always had good service from the office and maintenance staff, rarely even needed to contact them.

Nice place overall, just way too expensive.
