Last March this place look great and they made it sound like such a great deal..... Wow, was I fooled. I liked the thought of no deposit, etc..... I also was in love with the thought of a "gated community"....If they worked 24/7 it would be nice but the gates are always open, and sometimes don't open for us residents to leave. They changed our code for guest to enter about 2 or 3 months ago and we still have yet to get the new code, well some of us..... Maintenance, just hope you never have an emergency, they will not answer the after hours line nor with they return the page you send to the crew. Parking is the worst I have ever seen at an apartment complex. In front of my building there is 11 spaces for 24 apartments.... So needless to say you park in "BFE" and walk a mile... Kind of like taking your trash to the dumpsters that are always full. Another note on parking, they allow two handicap spaces per building, but don't enforce it.... What I mean is people with NO HANDICAP what-so-ever park in the spots. Management does nothing about it, even when complained about. Apartments are not clean when you move in....Carpets are gross, walls are not re-repainted just patched. Jefferson County Sheiff department are always in the community. I would say out of the last month they have been there 4 to 6 times. So many more things to complain about but so little time..... So whatever you do, DON'T MOVE IN HERE no matter how good it sounds......
