Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
They take forever to fix things. It doesn't matter if it's dangerous (like the parking lots were ALL winter). They don't care as long as you pay your rent on time. They don't even care about this site since it's BERKSHIRE now not Archstone. Berkshire doesn't offer services on this site because they don't care about their residents. To pay online it was $5. Now it's $10. Everything goes up but the service. Trust me. I'm out of here as soon as possible, like everyone else. Berkshire took over the poor, unsuspecting Archstone residents, leaving little choice. All of the residents who agree should get the word out about Berkshire. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
