Snow removal is awful! People are getting their cars stuck in the parking lot and it seems as though management is just waiting until the snow and ice melts instead of attempting to remove it. I nearly slipped and fell on the sidewalk leading to my apartment also. It's just not right that they could not put forth more effort into keeping their "community" safer by making it so that one would feel comfortable walking from their car to their home. I would not rent at Dakota Ridge again. The management doesn't seem to care about their residents. Every single time I've gone into the leasing office to complain or get something fixed or get some assistance, I've been told I need to wait for the manager of the office before I could get my issues addressed. Yet, the manager never seems to be there. Also, if I ask that the manager call me back regarding anything, I never get a return phone call. I have paid my rent in full, on time for the past year and get treated like that, it's not right! To top it all off, through out the warmer months there were giant hobo spiders spotted around my building and INSIDE my apartment. The tenant directly above me smokes cigarettes in the bathroom (which is above my bathroom) and I can smell it coming through the vents.
