The places are nice, but the maintainence crews and leasing office is very stingy. When we moved out we were way overcharged and charged for things that weren't there, so if you move there make sure to take photos at the beginning and end of your lease.

When I moved in I did not even get a check off list to document prior issues with the rental. So this is thier liability. I keep my place very clean so they will have no worries as far as my place is concerned. I am just astonished at the lack of knowledge and even care that they have for the tenants here and the property itself. A good note... Thank goodness the weather is warmer these days. We will finally get rid of the snow they failed to remove.....
