Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
I have lived here for 2 years. While it was under Archstone everything was great and the office took care of things on time. Once it was taken over by Berkshire everything fell apart. The gates were broken for 6 months, the staff was rude and very very unprofessional. They really need to work on their customer service and hire responsible people to assist residents.
