Unless you enjoy a management team that is ignorant, rude, doesn't care and has a general dislike for their job - DON'T MOVE HERE!!!! I wish I had found this site before I moved in!

The management here is incompetent, unfriendly, unhelpful, and unknowledgable!!

There is a sign in the fitness center stating if any of the machines have problems let mgmt know. So I let them know and Shannon told me to go get a gym membership and see how I like paying for the use of equipment. I thought I WAS paying for the use of the equipment by paying rent on time every month! The sign also says no drinks allowed yet the bottled water provided is almost always empty as are the cups! Once I again I said something and was told not to use the gym when the water was empty because bringing my own drink is a violation. When I talked to Alysia about the equip, water and Shannon she told me she would talk to April (property mgr) and get back to me but it's been 2 months and nothing.

When I called about my AC not working properly & I wasn't getting any cold water they told me some valves on the water heater needed to be turned for the AC and that the lack of cold water was unrelated but since it was cool enough outside (5:05 pm) it wasn't an emergency and just open the windows and they would look at it the next day if they had time. So I couldn't shower for 2 days because the water was scalding hot! Once they turned the valves and the AC worked the water went back to normal as well. Guess the problems were related after all!

One night at about 11:30 pm I went into the laundry room to wash my comforter and the maintenance guy was sleeping on the machines! I told the maintenance supervisor but he didn't seem too interested.

I ordered some items online and according to the Post Office (via the tracking numbers) they were left at the leasing office. When I went to the leasing office nobody could find them. I showed them the delivery confirmation from the post office and still no one could find them...so the management is a bunch of thieves as well!! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
