Lived here 2007-08. I must have been in the building with all the "crazies". The apartment above me had mexican family with at least 6 adults living there. Loud music all the time, beer bottles all over the place.AsI was moving out, they were scoping out my goods, and actually tried to take off with a box of my belongings and a tv that was in my doorway for literally 2 minutes, while my roomate and I were moving other things into the truck!!! The guy across from me had women banging on his door at all hours of the night/morning, these women would scream at him through his door, stalking, etc. Cops were called many times, girls arrested,yada yada. The trash people would leave on the balconies was really disgusting. It's not that hard to take it to the dumpsters. The winter maintanance was horrible, when I lived there, at least 6 inches of solid ice covered the parking lots for months. With all of these things, I was going to re-new my lease, until they jacked up the price 100 bucks. Not worth it at that price.
