Living on the bottom floor we have noticed that the neighbors above are really loud. Sometimes it seems like they are doing flips off of the furniture and slamming into the floor. There has been a few times that I have looked to see if they are cracking the ceiling because they are throwing weights on the floor.
People do not pick up their dog's poop ever! My son cannot even walk in the grass because there is so much.
Renting a garage is really expensive! If you need a garage, compare with other properties because it may be a factor in your decision. It also changes whenever they want to raise it. When we signed our lease 6 months ago it was $90 (which was high compared to other places) and it is already at $125.
Pros: secure and safe, nice pools, always have parking.
