The people here have never heard of customer service-they seem to be oblivious to reality-are very fake-talk behind your back when you walk out the door-it's just ridiculous-they are under staffed ALL the time! Upper management also non-existent. This place needs a course in true customer service!
Need your furnace looked at' Because it's NOT HEATING' Can you wait a week' It's only FREEZING OUT!
