I leased here for 6 months from about March '06-Sept '06. I never had any major problems, the staff was always nice. I had a carport so I never experienced parking problems. My b/f at the time was always over and he never seemed to have problems finding a parking place.
I would have extended my lease if the location was more convenient for me; as I am not a big fan of driving C-470 to get to and from work. Maintenance requests were usually completed within 2 days (not critical requests).
The hot tub not working for a few months was annoying and it would have been better if the fitness area was open 24/7. There was a weird lady that would stand there and watch tv in the fitness area, usually around 5-6pm on the weekends. Kinda irritating when she would constantly change the channel when you were trying to work out, bring an Mp3 player just in case.
I will admit there was a rather strong police presence there. One night at about 2am a man was arrested in front of my building.The only reason I woke up was my window was open and he was screaming at the officers while they were throwing him to the ground.
One of my bedroom windows faced Cross drive and the mall. NOT FUN one Saturday morning when they were holding drag races in the parking lot of the mall directly across from my window!
Heating/cooling bills were not that bad, around $60-75. The people below me were rather loud, I could hear them laughing and talking sometimes. This was especially prevalent in the bathroom when you could hear them throwing up YUCK!! I guess that goes with apartment living.
Overall I would recommend this property to anyone that understands living in close proximity to several people isn't going to be quiet or easy.
