Dakota at Governor's Ranch is by far the nicest apt complex we've ever moved into. we were there from oct 06- oct 07. would have renew our lease but we moved to san antonio,tx for job transfer. we moved to san antonio with an open mind, but after a couple of months we are ready to moved back to colorado! and we are re-leasing at Dakota Ranch, the staff are really helpful and professional. They will work with you and keep you posted and updated. We never had any problems with Dakota, we love that there is a gym,(our apt here in san antonio doesn't have one) it's very close to everything and it's not dirty and not loud like other people are writing here. It is actually a neat place,with spectacular views. We loved the end corner unit we had, we were facing the alamo and cross drive, there are traffic but it was not loud at all. We are infront of a park and housing area and it was very pretty sight. We love it at Dakota and once our lease is up in this apt here in san antonio, we are on our way to Dakota Ranch!
