This place needs a lot of work!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
First - Parking is non-existent!
Second - The trash issue is nasty. 1 compactor for a property this size is ignorant.
Third - The office staff is incompetent or just down right ignorant. They cannot remember a thing they say from one minute to the next. They told me I would have to pay $200 extra a month for a "Month to Month lease" (which requires 60 days termination notice) then told another tenant sitting at the other desk that there would not be an increase for her "Month to Month".
The manager Terry will look you in the face and lie through his teeth! Word of warning get everything they say in writing and make them sign it. I suggest being a lawyer or having one to deal with these people!
Fourth - Maintenance is slow at best!
Fifth ? The noise level from the neighbors is awful, we can actually hear the people above when they have sex!
