I have lived at the Fairways for a year and a half and do not have a single complaint to date. The property is located in an ideal area with the serenity of a being surrounded by a golf course and Clement Park, yet there is also plenty of shopping and things to do nearby. The grounds are always well maintained and the apartments themselves are very spacious. The office and maintenance staff has always been friendly and responsive with even the minor things that naturally arise. While the base price of the apartments are high, periodic specials make leasing very affordable, especially considering the overall quality and great amenities.
