New mgmt team has made a difference

Having lived at the "Fairways" since mid-2002 I have seen the "old" and the "new". What a contrast! The tenant has gone from being a captive inconvenience to a person of importance.
The entire office staff has changed since Dec 2003 and there is a new focus towards tenant service. The property managers are accessible and the leasing agents make sincere attempts to properly handle all tenant issues. Gone is the party atmosphere of several years ago. Tenant service is key.
A long-term maintenance employee is now the maintenance manager. One other maintenance man has remained on staff, but the other two are newer employees. Maintenance is prompt. Granted the buildings were not constructed well-- the windows leak and encourage high utility bills that approach the $190 range in a colder winter for a 1-bedroom unit. Ouch! Otherwise the new maintenance manager is a BIG improvement on his predecessor!
Despite the drought the grounds look rich and green; a well-maintained property!
With the increased growth in the area the traffic noise on Bowles is a major concern if you go to bed on weekends. Nothing can be done about that just keep it in mind if you decide to live parallel to Bowles instead of just off the golf course.
