We thought this place was great when they gave us a deal and we saw everything from the standpoint of someone looking for a good apartment. We were definitley wrong. A new leasing team took over not too long after we moved in and messed things up even more. I read reviews just like this and I thought "no it'll be better", nope I was wrong again! Parking is horrible, rent is supposed to cover us using the business center and since 1 computer was stolen its only open until the leasing office closes for the day, which is horrible for me being a college student with no printer. They say they'll switch the locks back when they install a security system but why should I have to wait so long' It's been several months. The space isn't worth the price they are asking. Trust me, take a chance if u want n move in....you'll see what I mean. There is a problem with rodents getting into 1st and 2nd floor apartments and all the leasing office does is put down a few traps, they didnt even try to get the one LIVING in my neighbors printer!! Gross. Well again, all I can say is dont rent here. They're losing more tenants than they're getting them!! We got a 10 month lease and they wanna raise our rent a whole bunch if we renew, NOT happening, we'll be moving in December!

I do not get it? Why all the complaining? I am glad that some of you are leaving the complex. I have noticed a higher class of renters. And to the person that doesn't have their own computer--buy one. College student? Right!I have been here for 4 years and transferred to a remodeled apartment. I do wish the new company would still give free rent but if it means the lower class moving out-then I will deal with not getting any free rent.
