I lived here for 7 months and I would not recommend this location. The apartment was nice and spacious and reasonably priced for the space but the staff was horrible. In the renovations the vents for the unit s washer and drier were painted shut so the drier didn t work, and they could never get the washer hooked up right so it always filled with water. It took two weeks for them to take them out. We had a constant problem with the toilet that it took them 3 trips before they listened to me and snaked it instead of just plunging it. When we moved in -------- told us we didn t need to give a month s notice since we would be moving out in 6 months but when that time came they told us we owed double our regular rent for an additional month that we didn t need but they made us stay at our regular rent for another month after an hour of arguing.
Also, during the renovations they gave us less than 24 hours notice that they wanted us to leave our door to the apartment open that morning so they could come in and paint it. When we couldn t that day they waited a month and then came in and did it without our permission which considering we had pets running loose was not good.
During any type of snow they refused to plow or put down salt for the ice. When they did they left huge pile of it in the middle of the lot so if you parked your car where they liked to put it you were out of luck when it came to leaving.
We had nothing but problems with the management while living there.
