Management Staff is unprofessional - You get the feeling when dealing with the office personnel you're are bothersome. Some of the staff take their smoke breaks in front of the office in plain view of prospective renters. The parking problem is terrible, if you arrive home after 7-8 pm, you could end up walking a block. Its acceptable to the management to have parties during all hours of the evening, in which many extend out into the breezeways and parking lots. Be very cautious when driving through the property, you risk getting in an accident or getting seriously injured. The trash dumpters are usually overflowing because its not in the budget to add an extra weekly pick up. The objective and priority for the owners of this property is to sell the units.
