Very poorly constructed buildings -- no insulation whatsoever. I'm forced to endure the constant banging, floor thumping, stereo blasting, hallway gatherings (echo chamber) -- back and forth elephant walk all day, every day -- door slamming (if you let go -- wham, bam -- enough to shake my walls and my bones --I'm not the elder type just yet). Parking really SUX! If you're not home before 7-8pm forget about parking anywhere near your unit. Some of these problems wouldn't be so bad if the neighbors were considerate of the people around them. They're very rude and loud, not caring that others are tryihg to be comfortable in their own home. Kids run and play all over the complex, hallways, in the parking lot, hardly moving to let you drive through, yelling, screaming, screeching... where are their parents' (probably enjoying some peace & quiet on the other end of the coomplex) I've never been so frustrated, irritable, unhappy , disgusted. Unless you enjoy the trailer park enviornment -- STAY AWAY!!!!
