READ THE LEASE -- There is no way to break it.

I was told by the leasing agent that there was a two month rental charge for breaking the lease. My wife was a witness to this discussion. When I went in to break my lease because of a company move, I was told that it was two months rent PLUS rent for every month until they rented it to some else. Now if I was in this position and someone was paying rent, why would I lease the place to someone who would ruin the place' it really sucks!
