Why are they lowering buying price 30,000'

Has anyone noticed the ad in the Rocky Mountain News about Falling Water lowering their asking price $30,000''' WHY'''''' Could it just be because word has gotten around the neighborhood about how poorly its built and they cant sell it' It looks so nice from the outside, I dont think you realize how badly built it is until you actually live here.
