Looks like things have changed at Fallingwater condos. We have lived here for 6 months now and could not be happier. We got a great deal on the rent as the Units are now Condos and Individually owned so we were not locked into that silly Lease they had when it was an apartment complex. And the unit we got was completely remodeled so It is pretty much brand new(and it comes with a parking space). Do yourself a favor and keep an eye out for a rental from one of the new remodeled units.... you'll be glad you did.
