I would not recomend this place to my worst enemy! If you like dog poo, sex and crime than this place is perfect for you! Here are a few examples of why:
1. Someone through dog poo all over my windows, the management told me that it was mud and that I would need to clean it off. The manager smelled the "mudd" and told me that some mudd smells realy bad! I explained to her that I didn't want to touch the dog poo however she insisted that I clean it myself because it was just mud!
2. This place is falling apart! I have two interior doors that have completely fallen off and nobody cares to fix it! I was told that it's a "low priority"!
2. The management talks crap about the residents all of the time! Once I visited the rental office and they did not know I was there, I overheard the leasing agents making fun of how poor the residents were! When they saw me standing in the office they told me that it was all a joke! Yeah whatever!
3. I found three used condoms outstide my front door one day, the management told me that I should get some gloves and pick them up myself! Of course I just left them there and they stayed in the same place for about two weeks!
4. The cops are here everyday for both apartment break ins as well as vehicle break ins! If you have a nice car don't rent from here because it's going to get stolen.
5. I saw a couple making love in the swimming pool, for obvious reasons I didn't go swimming for about a month after I witnessed this act of love.
6. The management here must think that we are all idiots! They don't even try to pretend that they like any of the tenants!
Once my lease ends I'm moving out!
