I have lived here for two years now and I really like it here. My friend told me about this site and I was shocked to read the previous comment, although I do realize any Joe Schmo can say any thing they they want on this site no matter how disgruntled they are. Most the time when I even take time to write a comment card its normally when I'm very displeased with the service I get. I guess when people are content, theres no reason to say anything because you have nothing to complain about, right'

I think that if anyone actually believes the previous story, they would have to have a screw loose or be really gullable!! For instance, dog smeared on your window''' If that may even be the case maybe you ticked off one of your neighbors bad enough to be that disgusting!!! Dog poop doesn't normally just get smeared on windows maybe just yours, and that's kinda funny!

Second, condoms found on the ground, we're located in Lone Tree for gosh sakes not on Colfax!! I invite anyone at anytime to drive around this complex, infact out of the 6 complexes I've lived its the cleanest, come check it out for yourself. And as for car and apartment break-ins'''' what is this loon talking about' I'm a nosy neighbor and I went to the police myself to find that it was about people trespassing turning off residents power, not break-ins. Again I invite you to check it out for yourself.

And as far as the office staff goes, no I don't go in and talk to them on a daily basis, but when I do their friendly and get my maintenenace done when i request, they always thank me when I come in to give my rent and greet me with a warm smile, what more are you wanting'' I also find it hard to believe them talking about poor residents, again we LIVE IN LONE TREE for gosh sakes!!! I have yet to witness someone I would rate low class here!!!! Look at the rent its not CHEAP!!!

Okay, so its an apartment, yeah i have the normal issues too. Can I hear my neighbors, yeah, normal stuff though, I mean to be expected I don't live in a house on 4 acres of land right! And in the 6 other places I've lived i can hear my neighbors too. So pick and choose your battles. Hey, if that person has beef with the management which is the way it sounds, (maybe their kickin him out or if your not payin obviously) take it up with them dont take it out on a great complex in a great area and what I've witnessed to be really nice people in the office. Again, before reading all these comments and ratings for this apartment and that apartment, my advice no offense if you don't take it, is to go to the complex drive around, go in meet the staff and go off your gut feeling.Don't decide based off a website with upset people. If the staff is unfriendly, their not going to change their ways just as soon as you walk in they'll probably be rude to you too. So if their rude wherever you visit don't live there, choose where they make you feel good,-common sense is a wonderful attribute! And based off my interpretation they're a great group of people, so go visit your places before you make any assumptions.
