My wife and I lived at the Lodge for over two years, and really enjoyed our stay. Apartment itself was clean and in great shape. Sensible floorplan, five-piece bathroom. Nice grounds (great park!), fairly quiet, fantastic pool and hot tub. The only problems we ever had - a leaking washing machine and broken dishwasher - were fixed within an hour of reporting, including replacement parts. Staff was always friendly, and came to know us by name.

The only negatives: The gym could've used some updating (ancient equipment, including a treadmill that worked 20% of the time), but that didn't stop us from frequenting it. Parking was adequate, but full enough that having friends over was always tricky.

I was also surprised by the commenter who described dog-poo, etc. We had a neighbor who constantly let his dog poo on the grass right in front of our window. And every morning, our maintainance guy would be out there cleaning it up. While I'm sure that neighbor got some ugly notices, the staff still made sure it didn't affect the grounds. There are some things you get with any apartment - the occasional noise, stupid neighbors - that you can't hold against a complex.
