I have lived here for almost a year and have very few, if any complaints. There are always going to be the minor "fix-it" problem that need to be attended to no matter where you go. But what sets the Lodge apart from others is that it is fixed RIGHT AWAY! I am very impressed with their upkeep and their professionalism. Even though we do have a garage (used only for storage) we find that parking is almost always accommodating. Maybe once every two months are we unable to find a spot (other than our driveway) that's close (i.e. within 50 feet of the apartment) and that is because the club house is reserved for some function or another.

I have had good interactions from our leasing consultants ever since we moved in. Even the apartment manager was kind and courteous when our funky Xcel energy bill was getting all screwed up on the Xcel side. She and I sat in her office for about an hour just talking with the Xcel rep trying to get them to understand what was going on...but that's a whole different story.

We will be moving mid-August to California due to a career change and I wish that I could ask everyone that works in the leasing office to move with us. They are very dependable and professional people and they will be missed greatly.
