I almost hesitate to write this review, perhaps this "secret" shouldn't get out! I've been living here for just over a year and love it. The apartments are nicely designed, look new, feature quality appliances and ammenities like a big deck. Mine has other nice touches like a gas-burning fire place and glass enclosed shower.

The complex is very quiet and the other residents I've met have been very friendly. Probably contributing to the solitude, the average age of residents seems to be older (people in their 30's and up) and very few children.

As for maintenance and upkeep, the crew is fantastic. They're typically at your door within 24 hours or less and don't cut corners, fixing the problem correctly. The grounds are also meticulously maintained and the hot tub and pool are usable throughout the year.

The leasing office staff seems to change fairly frequently, but they've all been friendly and helpful when an issue arises.

This truly is apartment living above and beyond the typical. Indeed, most of the time I don't feel like I'm living in an apartment complex at all, it's so quiet.
