I've lived here for several months now and have enjoyed it. The parking truly is a HUGE problem, espically if you have more than one car as you are only assigned one space. The trash is also a problem on the weekend, however if the residents would actually put the trash IN the cmpactor instead of by it, it wouldn't be as bad. I've gone down on Sunday afternoon when there is trash all over and there is still plenty of room left in the compactor. My apartment is VERY quiet. Only heard my downstairs neighbor's music once, but after talking with her and letting her know I could hear it late at night, it hasn't been a problem since! The maintenance workers are great...arrive the same day you calland even helped me carry up some huge packages that were delivered. I haven't had any trouble with the management...pay my rent early, get a receipt and they've never said anything to me! I think this is a great place to live...you gotta take the good with the bad and decide what is important to you.
