I moved in to my apartment when the building was new. I was the first tenant in the building. I rented a garage with my apartment. First three months were great, no one was in the building. From the third month to my very last day it was ok, but rules were not enforced. I loved the apartment inside. The staff was great when I was their, but they were statrting to "test" a lot in the end. I left because the tenants in my building were relly nosiy, rude and could care LESS about keeping the grounds and common area clean.

People moved in above me 3 months before I moved out, the dog they had whined and cried all the time. THe office notified the tennat by a note. He shredded the note and threw in over hios balcony.

Nothing seemed to be to bad, but the feeling of wanting to move built up until I could not stand it anymore.
