Sound like to me that this resident was just unhappy over other issues too. Yes, the pool has been a problem at night..due to stupid people. But, the staff cannot monitor the pool or the property 24 hrs a day. That's why they have a Courtesy Service. Call them or the Denver Police Dept. They would be happy to bust the violators. We all have to help...to make our community happy to live in.
This is the better of the A properties in the area and you pay for what you get.
