This place sucks. The manager who has a VERY annoying voice and personality to match, will lie and manipulate to get you to sign on the dotted line. All lies. We all cringe when we hear her approcach with her voice when she's barking orders at the VERY nice and professional maintenance crew. I couldn't even list everything that is wrong with this place. But let me go over a few. This is party central. If you want piece and quiet, this isn't the place to live. Let me restate how obnoxious the manager is. She feels that your home is her home and will force entry into your apartment at her will. But let's not forget about their "security"!! That is a lie. It's a Courtesy Patrol. They couldn't get a job as a greeter at WalMart. You pay a large pet deposit AND a monthly pet fee and get none of it back. I'm walking thru dog crap constantly. Can't wait to move out since I refuse to pay $100 a month increase to live in this nightmare!
Let me mention again how the manager and her annoying voice needs to quit!
I'm dead serious and are warning you NOT to rent here, get out while you still can!
Cuz they only give you one space for parking, I hope you're in athletic shape from where you have to park to get to your apartment.
