Went downhill and isn't going back up

When I first moved in, I liked how new and clean the place seemed. A few months later, I realized that I couldn't wait to move out. The office staff treated me very rudely on many occasions.
The maintenance staff is the one good point about Monterey. They are nice and they do a good job. It isn't their fault that the office worker wrote down my maintenance problem on a tiny post-it note and probably misplaced it for several days.
The walls are horribly thin, parking is a nightmare, the surrounding neighborhood isn't the best, and the pool and gym are neglected.
Monterey is incredibly overpriced and it is nowhere near as nice as it was when I first got there. The quality of residents quickly declined, the parking situation only got worse, and I would never move back there.
