I have lived at Monterey for a year.
The problems that I have noticed are simple:
1.
The girls in the office are incredibly rude and underqualified
2.
Over the Weekend when the trash compactor gets filled and there is no trash service to come clean up people leave their trash outside-come Monday morning you will look at a window at a sky-high level of trash.
3.
Dog poop everywhere
4.
Dirty Hot Tub
5.
The parking/road conditions are terrible.

Agreed. The girls in the office are not only underqualified, but extremely rude and are too busy gossiping on the phone whenever I walk in and have questions or need to pick up my packages. The trash is a mile away and always always always overfilled. Not to metion disgusting.. The hot tub is nasty, I went one night and found sex toys next to it. Lovely. And if you come home after 8 or 9PM, good luck finding a parking spot. They told me a year ago when I moved in that they were working on residential parking and visitors parking, dont let those snotty girls fool you.. They are not working on the parking issue. Oh -- and the maintainence crew is nice, however they take days and days to fix things that should be fixed right away.
