I tried renting at monterey before and the prices were higher than I could afford. I just moved in with great specials because they dropped their prices and it's def. worth the wait. The staff and maint. are very pleasant to work with and they seem like they really care about their residents. I've already recommended a friend to live here as well and that saved me a lot on rent.
