I have lived at Monterey just over 4 months and am totally in love with it.

Our rent is reasonable, parking is always available, and neighbors are quiet and friendly The office staff and maintenance has always been helpful and flexible.

The property is beautiful and clean.

I love my apartment such cozy and nice units.

If you want to live in a very safe and secure area, this is the place.

I really enjoy it here and don t agree with the negative remarks.
