I lived there for three months and PAID to get out of the lease... Parking is horrible (I had to park three buildings over or more many times, there is no assigned parking), staff is rude (and try to get every last cent out of you, so watch yourself) and maintenance is non-existent (tried to get a tile replaced in the kitchen, impossible), Appliances are cruddy (the dishwasher groaned so loudly I thought it was going to wake up the entire building and the staff told me that was normal). There is only one trash compacter and it is at the back of the complex, I had to drive my trash there daily... totally not acceptable and definitely not LUXURY!!! Many times coming home late at night there would be teenagers running around in there underpants obviously drunk, and I mean REALLY drunk, running through the parking lots chasing each other screaming at the top of their lungs. Basically, I would look else where for living arrangements... STAY AWAY!!!
