Okay apartment, but poorly managed

The management of the property stinks. The market is falling and they didn?t try to compensate; they didn't give us a deal when we needed to renew, so we left! We found a much cheaper place that was twice as nice just down the road. We loved our floor-plan, and the office staff were very nice and helpful, but it?s not worth the $$.
