Things got off to a bad start. We were ready to sign the lease and had trucks waiting outside in the pouring rain. The lease was totally wrecked, there were adding errors and inconsistencies bad enough to have to re-write the entire lease. Of course they couldn't do so that day so we had to return the trucks we rented and tell family members that their day off of work to help us move was wasted. In the end they offered us $20 for our troubles and acted like they had no responsibility for it. The employee turnover seemed to be incredible as every phonecall yielded a new person. Forget what the other reveiws say about friendly staff. For example, we got a letter saying they would be entering all apartments to check something and to call if any questions. Typical stuff for an apartment but when I called to ask a question, the employee was very rude and told me "I don't have time to sit here and answer these type of questions." If you have a nice car that you want to keep in good shape, you seriously can't live here. Management decided to hire twelve year olds to pour the speed-bumps. After discovering that a foot high speedbump might not work they had the same kids come back out and shave the speed bump down. Now they're like speed curbes, still about less than a foot off the ground. Moving on, I confirmed with management 3 times that they received our notice to vacate just to make sure. And sure enough, when we went to turn in our keys it was a clutter of confusion and they almost told us tough luck when they found it....IN OUR FILE. I heavily question the integrity of management. The rooms are decsent and affordable but you can't get around working with management. And this is by far the worst people and the worst apartment to live at simply because of management.
