The maint. screwed up installing the hot water heater upstairs, so at 2 am when it was flooding my apt (via the ceiling fan in the middle of the dining area) and the 1st floor apt. I called maint. He said just to wait until morning since he was too far to come back. I had to call the fire dept. to shut it off, and was reemed by the maint. for calling them. To fix all the damage, they simply painted over the damaged drywall.
Parking is inadequate and the apartments are not well insulated from the ones above and below but are ok for either side. Staff is SLOW to respond to inquiries or problems, but will not hesitate to bring eviction notices for being 3 days late or more. I have NEVER seen the same staff twice, so I imagine they must not be well treated. Rarely will you encounter another resident (unless you see them looking out the window directly into yours), so don't plan to make friends. Frequent upgrades is a plus (siding re-done, cabinets re-faced, etc.)

This person is not honest. The maintenance staff would never tell someone to bad it is to far to drive. Some people just have nothing better to do then complain!
