Noisy and poor construction

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
The floorboards in this place ar so loose it sounds like an elephant every time anyone walks across the living room. The walls are so thin you can hear the conversations the person next door is having. They are being upgraded with new appliances. My refrigerator was about ready to break down and they transferred another old one covered with food from the previous tenant.
